In the latest turn of events since Michael Jackson's shocking death last week, it appears the King of Pop's will excludes his father, Joe Jackson. The latest draft of Jackson's will, from 2002, divides his estate among his mother, three children and charities.

The will will be submitted by a lawyer to the Los Angeles Superior Court as early as Thursday.  (The Wall Street Journal)
