Michael Jackson's memorial service will take place Tuesday morning in the Los Angeles Staples Center, the place where Jackson rehearsed for a planned tour the night before he died. The service is set to begin at 10 a.m., but no other details about the service have been revealed.
Planning had been underway for a motorcade to carry Jackson's body from Los Angeles to his Neverland ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif., but state officials said it would be difficult and costly. The 50-year-old pop star died Thursday after going into cardiac arrest. (CNN)
