Apology Demanded by Gov. Rick Perry By White For 'master' Remarks

Thursday, Texas Gov. Rick Perry demanded an apology from Democratic challenger Bill White for what he said were racially insensitive remarks.
"We need a governor who's a servant, as opposed to Rick Perry, who wants to be treated as master," White said to a group of African American business leaders in Dallas.
Perry said, "Injecting that kind of language into the race is not appropriate, and he should apologize to the people of Texas." ...
